New Machinery for Sale

John Hochreiter, owner of Fabrication Equipment Service Co., is proud to announce that he is now representing the LISSMAC line of metal finishing machinery. After more than a year of evaluation and many hours of applications testing he is convinced that the people at LISSMAC have designed a truly revolutionary solution to the problem of oxidation removal, sheet metal deburring, and slag grinding. The LISSMAC approach to these problems involves machine frames which process both sides of the part at the same time!

Their unique approach eliminates many of the common problems associated with wide belt sanding machinery including:

Industry standard problems

LISSMAC solutions

One side only processing.

LISSMAC processes both sides of the part at the same time (optional single side upon command).

Abrasive belt tracking failures.

LISSMAC has no abrasive belt to
miss-track.

Conveyor belt wear.

LISSMAC conveyor belts do not pass under the abrasive media resulting in zero conveyor belt wear.

Uneven grinding across the width of the conveyor belt.

With conveyor belt wear eliminated there is even grinding across the full width of the machine. No dead zones. No need to avoid the edges or run parts in certain areas of the table.

Can’t process small parts. The minimum part length is determined by the diameter of the contact drum + at least 3 inches. Smaller parts skip in the machine resulting in contact roller and pinch roller damage.

LISSMAC machines process both sides of parts as short as 5.5 inches. All day. Every day.

Safety issues with parts ejecting out of the rear of the machine.

LISSMAC’s unique design results in grinding pressures running perpendicular to the part direction. The result: parts never eject out of the rear of the machine

Abrasive media lasting hours or days.

LISSMAC media lasts for between 150 and 450 hours depending upon the application. The performance does not degrade over time like standard abrasive belts.

Wet processing resulting in corrosion to machine, failure of electronic components, and parts drying problems.

LISSMAC machines utilize a dry process!

LISSMAC machines utilize a reliable, proven mechanical design. By eliminating complicated electronic processors, belt control switches, tracking eyes, and pneumatic valves and actuators, LISSMAC Corp. has produced a line of machinery that is simple to operate, simple to maintain, and simple to repair.
